At the end of last year (2021), I completed 4 years as a manager at the company I work for. We usually had end-of-the-year parties at the company but due to scheduling problems we couldn’t, so I was wanting to have a party in February 2022 but a party would be difficult to do, so I thought of ways to entertain our employees and that they would fraternize and that’s why I searched the internet for forms of corporate entertainment. I didn’t have to look so hard to find countless ways of entertainment for our employees and collaborators. The first form of entertainment I found was raffled after a lunch session at the company. Other forms of entertainment I found were: Bingo, in addition to being an excellent form of entertainment, bingo is a good opportunity for fundraising. They are simple to organize and easy to play with. Talent Night, a good form of entertainment, just ask the employees if they would be willing to act in front of the whole company, if so, it would be excellent. Comedy and standup presentations, in addition to being good, will relax the company environment and leave employees in a lighter mood. Musical performance by DJs, bands or singers is a great form of entertainment and good music can make a festive atmosphere memorable.

Cultural and artistic presentations such as the presentation of dance groups can entertain employees for a few moments. Cocktail and snack session with waiters serving employees as they socialize. Karaoke is an excellent way to entertain your audience as well as being a simple way that guarantees the involvement of the vast majority and generates good laughs among employees.

After analyzing all these possibilities, I decided to combine some forms of entertainment mentioned above and chose to have a music DJ, a cocktail session and a karaoke area, it turned out to be a party but all the people in the company will have fun and will be included in any way in the event.
